Calculating the carbon footprint

The carbon footprint is a parameter used to describe the amount of emissions of greenhouse gases associated with a company, event, activity, product or service to determine its contribution to climate change. It is expressed in tonnes of CO₂ equivalent emitted.
This parameter allows to know the impact it has on the environment. Since turning on the lights to attend events, all actions have a cost.
Knowing the carbon footprint enable us to carry out an improvement and reducing our emissions ie make better use of available resources.
